Schoolhouse

R.S. Hulbert’s Schoolhouse is reminiscent of the old schoolhouses you’d find scattered about before schools became centralized.  This home can be built in the Classic Pattern or the Arts and Crafts.  The Schoolhouse features 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths.  The first floor offers a welcoming two story foyer flanked by the formal Dining Room and Living Room.  The Foyer is accented by a gorgeous staircase that winds its way up the back Foyer wall.  Behind the Foyer is the quaint eat–in Kitchen with its angled eating area.  There is a rear hall with a Drop Zone for coats, boots etc. and the Powder Room.  The Family Room has a wall of French doors that open to your rear yard and features a centered fireplace.  The first floor Master Suite is situated in the rear of the home for privacy and provides a walk-in closet, unique jetted tub area, separate shower and a water closet room.

Kelton

R.S. Hulbert’s Kelton can be built in the Victorian pattern or an Arts and Crafts pattern.   The Kelton provides 3,100 square feet of interior living space.  The Kelton’s ¾ front porch adds old-fashioned charm and offers a spot to relax and unwind.  Upon entry a spacious Foyer greets you flanked by the Study and the formal Dining Room.  The spacious eat-in Kitchen is separated from the Family by the Butler’s Pantry and the fireplace.  The back hall leads to the half bath and side porch.  The second floor lends itself to the Master Suite which offers an optional exterior balcony and 3 secondary bedrooms as well as the Laundry Room and plenty of full baths.

CS Greene

Our new CS Greene is our Craftsman 4-Square Home.  The CS Green has a ¾ front porch accented with Craftsman style columns, stone pediments, eave brackets and horizontal siding with shake accents.

The CS Greene has 3,960 square feet of living space that is thoughtfully designed and layered with charming detail.  The first floor mudroom helps keep your home clean and organized.  The home office has a private entrance keeping your home private and protected or acts as a perfect spot for the kids to spread out and do their homework.  A gorgeous Kitchen offers plenty of room and ties nicely into the Butler’s Panty between itself and the well proportioned Dining Room.  The Den has French Doors and its own walk-in closet.

The Shingled Cottage
