We LOVE our new home built by R.S. Hulbert Builders. We bought the Eastwood, one of the model homes, and we couldn't be more pleased with the floor plan,thoughtful design, and attention to details. Many people that have come through our home rave about the arched doorways and trim work. We didn't design the home or do any of the selections, but we love everything in the house. The mud room with hooks and a storage bench, the built-in desk off the kitchen, and phone niche/charging center are standouts in beauty and functionality.  More than a year has gone by and we still find ourselves admiring our house from the street and as we go about our daily living.

Ron and Kelly Hulbert give amazing customer service and often go above and beyond what one would expect a builder to do. For example, when our refrigerator was delivered, the delivery guys rammed in into the frame around the front door.  Even though it was not his responsibility, Ron came by and fixed it at no cost. Ron sets high goals for himself and his contractors and expects things to be as close to perfect as possible. We love R.S. Hulbert Builders, and if there ever comes a time when we want a new home, we would definitely call up Ron Hulbert.  We can't imagine that there is a better builder in Richmond and would highly recommend him to anyone considering building a new home,
