- We work with our clients to refine the numerous components that will be carefully assembled to create their new home, tightly monitoring the entire processes to assure all details are correct and in order
- Communication is concise and on-going as we work to meet our client's expectations schedules are compiled and relayed to our client on a regular basis-closing dates are met
- We conduct two pre-closing meetings to make sure your home is complete prior to closing
The R.S. Hulbert Builders Home Buying Process
- • If you are purchasing one of our completed new homes complete one of R.S. Hulbert Builder's Purchasing Agreements:
- • A deposit is required when you sign the Purchasing Agreement. -The deposit amount will be reviewed with you by the community's sales associate.
- • A ratified Purchase Agreement will be provided to you and or your sales agent. -You will forward this document as well as your mortgage application including any required lender fees within 5 business days to your selected lender. Please be sure to provide your attorney with a copy as well. -Time is of the essence with the processing of the Purchase Agreement.
- • Upon ratification of the Purchasing Agreement R.S. Hulbert Builders will contact you. Any changes/additions will be gone over in more detail. -R.S. Hulbert Builders will schedule a meeting with you to do the first of two orientation/inspection walks.
- • R.S. Hulbert Builders will forward the Purchasing Agreement as well as a closing document package to their attorney.
- • R.S. Hulbert Builders will meet you at your new home and do a thorough home orientation with you. -Important contact numbers will be reviewed with you. -Upon completion of this meeting a secondary meeting will be scheduled.
- • Upon completion of the second home orientation meeting we will ask for your signature beside the completed items. -R.S. Hulbert Builders does not close on homes that are not complete. -This meeting verifies your new home is 100% complete to your satisfaction.
- • You will close on your new home at your selected attorney's office.
- • Move in and enjoy your new R.S. Hulbert Home. -Be sure to call us should you have any questions or concerns.
If you are reserving a home site and building a custom R.S. Hulbert Home:
- • A non-binding deposit is required to reserve and hold any of our home sites. -This deposit will enable you to hold this site for 10 business days.
- • A R.S. Hulbert Builders Purchase Agreement is signed contingent upon final approval of building plans and specifications.
- • A binding deposit and a lender pre-approval letter is required with submission of the Purchase Agreement.
- • R.S. Hulbert Builders meets with you to review your new home blueprint and building specifications. -You are provided with a copy of both of these items and a bank package that provides your selected lender with the important information they will need to provide a loan to you. -At this time R.S. Hulbert Builders will work with you to make your exterior selections.
- • Upon receipt of a secondary deposit and full lender approval R.S. Hulbert will file all necessary documents with the county.
- • You will meet with our interior designer to make your interior decor selections.
- • Appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting will be handled at one convenient location.
- • Once selections are complete and the building permit released by the county R.S. Hulbert Builders will start your new home. Schedules are shared via e-mail, fax or mail.
